Overview

DeltaSpark is an AI inquiry reception and sales opportunity development system for international trade businesses. Its product goal is to receive WhatsApp inquiries, qualify customers, and help salespeople progress toward a pro forma invoice (PI). Available capabilities depend on the deployment. These terms apply to the people and organizations authorized to use a DeltaSpark deployment. Any signed agreement between an organization and the operator of its deployment takes precedence over this page.

Authorized use

Use DeltaSpark only for business materials that you are authorized to access and process. Keep account credentials private, use the permissions assigned to you, and do not attempt to bypass record, business-unit, or file access controls.

Human review and business decisions

AI assistance can organize submitted materials and prepare reviewable changes. It does not replace a user's judgment, customer authorization, product verification, quotation approval, or commercial commitment. Users must review proposed changes and the source evidence before confirming formal customer, contact, inquiry, follow-up, or task records.

Third-party services

Your organization may configure storage, AI, email, or other service providers. Those services may have their own terms, availability limits, and data-processing rules. The organization enabling a provider is responsible for reviewing its configuration and permissions.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to violate applicable law, process data without authorization, interfere with other users, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or records. Do not use AI-assisted workflows to send customer-facing commitments unless your organization has separately approved that action.

Administrators manage user access and operational settings for their organization. Product capabilities and these terms may change as the deployment evolves. For questions about access or applicable commercial terms, contact the organization that provides your DeltaSpark account.
